Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roblox Copilot ("the App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Use of OpenAI API

Roblox Copilot utilizes the OpenAI API to provide its services. By using the App, you agree to comply with OpenAI's terms of service as well.

Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by us, may harm the App or users of the App or expose them to liability.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Roblox Copilot, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

Prohibited Activities

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the App or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
For any obscene or immoral purpose.
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the App or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

No Inappropriate Use

You may not use the App or any of its functionalities for any inappropriate purposes, including but not limited to:

Harassment or bullying of others.
Promotion of violence or self-harm.
Distribution of explicit or inappropriate content.
Any other activities deemed inappropriate by Roblox Copilot.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App after changes to these Terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
